Remember that customer that didn't order the cardboard salad at Real Housewives' Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant, but still had it brought to her TWICE? Well Lisa is denying the whole thing happened — and that the unhappy customer just doesn't exist!
It's just too bad the waiter wrote an apology note to the customer. Now there's proof of it!
The best part? The note was also written on cardboard! LOLz!
The meal was comped and customer and her friends were given free glasses of wine after they found pieces of cardboard in her salad, but then the waiter brought over what first looked like a bill. Here's what the customer said:
“I was shocked. I couldn’t believe he was bringing us a bill, but it turned out to be a really nice note. And it was written on cardboard!”
Here's what the note said:
“Thank you for being so understanding. Have a wonderful day stay beautiful.”
The waiter then signed it!
As far as this mistake goes, it's really easy to fix: don't let it happen again, and because the waiter handled it so well, let him keep his job!
You don't even need to deny it! Honestly, he didn't even have to write a note like that, but he did — and that to us shows that despite the mistakes that he knows how to handle the situation properly!
Oh, and you should probably take the cardboard salad off the menu!
