Taco Bell has done the right thing — when it comes to food, there's no messing around with your customers' trust. Even if the tacos were never meant for customer consumption!
It has also been confirmed that it was indeed the Taco Bell in Ridgecrest, 100 miles north of Los Angeles. The shells were apparently given to workers for practice making the new Cool Ranch tacos and were thrown out. How are we supposed to believe a company that hires a person who licks a stack of tacos as a goof, regardless?
Even worse is that apparently the pic was taken in March for a contest showing employees enjoying their first bite of the new product. It wasn't submitted, but a worker posted it to a Facebook page — which violates company policy. That doesn't look like a bite to us.
The worker also violated food handling procedures! He has since been suspended and will be fired, and the photographer no longer works at the restaurant anyway.
Moved on to better things, we suppose! LOLz!
Kids will be kids, right? WRONG. The majority of kids don't do things like this. Most kids know better!
