Nina Dobrev has decided to give veggies another chance!!
After dipping her toes in the waters of the vegetarian lifestyle a couple of years ago, the Vampire Diaries decided the meat-less diet wasn't for her.
"I’m not officially a vegan, but I eat mostly vegan food."
Nina has also been VERY active in yoga over the last few years and says it has definitely helped her keep in shape:
"Yoga changed my body 100 percent. It tones everything and leans you out. Dancer’s pose is amazing. It works every muscle! And you have to focus. If your mind is somewhere else, you’ll fall."
No wonder she has such a bangin' bod! Not only does she eat a healthy diet, but she's a workout machine!!
