Men's Fitness is lucky to have Hugh Jackman on their cover, not the other way around!
Hugh's done work with MF before, so this is par for the course for the 44 year old muscle farmer. What IS new about this, is what Hugh had to say on the inside!
Mr. Jackman said the following about getting fitness advice from The Rock:
“He told me that if in a six-month period you want to put on 25 pounds of lean muscle and not fat, eat natural and eat 6,000 calories a day. There were times when I would literally eat with the mind set of working out. ‘One more mouthful, one more, come on, come on, you’ve got to finish this meal!’”
It's working! Damn!
We absolutely love the fact that Hugh is like the nicest guy in show business, and yet he's so huge. We feel like everyone that jacked should be menacing, but that's not he case!
We hear that Dwayne is also a teddy bear — so it's just what they say about judging books by their covers! Ha!
Speaking of covers, congrats on this one (above), Hugh! So fab!!
