Nelson Mandela's Health In Critical Condition After Quick Decline!

nelson mandela critical condition hospitalized

Send good thoughts Nelson Mandela's way!

We hate to report that the former South African president is suffering as his health has declined to critical condition.

He's been in a hospital in Pretoria since June 8th where his health has apparently worsened in the last 24 hours.

Current President Jacob Zuma released a statement about the state of Nelson's health:

"The doctors are doing everything possible to get his condition to improve and are ensuring that Madiba is well-looked after and is comfortable. He is in good hands."

He was previously hospitalized for a lung infection, something he has suffered over the years. At that time, he was in serious but stable condition.

He started developing lung infections due to his time as a political prisoner on Robben Island.

Our thoughts and prayers are with him and those closest to him!

its sounds like the family is fighting over his body. he's unresponsive and they have him in an ambulance going from one place to another.

He's 94. The "lung infection" is probably fluid & they have him on a respirator. If he's on it, then he's close to being placed on dialysis if he's not already. Let him go.

It will be interesting to see who will be representing the United States at his funeral?

Just a few months back Obama sent very, very low level representatives to pay honor to Margret Thatcher, and if you know your history, you know Thatcher was a very good friend to the USA

Wishing the best for him, but if he does not get better he and his family can take pride in how much he has done for his country over his many years on earth.
