He’s been up in the gym just working on his fitness!
“I still got a lot to go. honestly when I’m in fitness mode nothings really an issue I’m all healthy, but when I’m not working out I’m all bad. So that’s kinda how my mind works, but i know how to get it together it just takes a little time. I wake up pretty early because I get the cardio in around 6 a.m. for about an hour and then at night time around 9:30 p.m., I do weights and stuff. so the whole day is kinda focusing on the show and the socks.”
That sounds incredibly balanced to us!
Rob also added that he’s got about 20lbs left to lose before he reaches his goal weight.
You can do it! Just stay in summertime workout mode!
