Kate Middleton's pregnancy didn't exactly get off to an ideal start as she ended up in a hospital with extreme morning sickness!
But since then, the duchess has done everything in her power to make sure she stays perfectly healthy and the rest of pregnancy goes smoothly!
Kate had to cut back on her daily exercise routine a bit, but she made sure to stay in shape by lifting weights and taking her precious pooch, Lupo out for walks! A source also says she had a prenatal yoga instructor swing by Kensington Palace once a week!
She also made sure her diet consisted of light food, such as chicken, turkey, and of course plenty of dried fruit! But friends say she's always maintained a healthy diet!
Kate didn't stop there either, as she even deprived herself of a few vices for the sake of her royal baby bump!
Apparently, the duchess was known to get her spray tan on from time to time, but she decided to say goodbye to her orange glow during her first trimester! It's unclear whether or not spray tan fumes present any dangers for a baby, but she clearly didn't want to take any chances!
Last but CERTAINLY not least, Kate put her will power to the ultimate test by giving up her daily cup of coffee and switching to tea instead! Sources close to her say she was NOT happy about cutting off her caffeine fix, which is a bit surprising to us since we thought British people LIVED off of tea! LOLz!
All of the sacrifice is obviously working out for Kate, because she has managed to look AMAZING even though she's just weeks away from giving birth!
Way to go, Kate!
