We say that Long John Silver's new menu item — the Big Catch — is a bad business plan, because it's so unhealthy that it really seems like they're trying to kill you! If you're dead, you can't buy their food, so that's bad for business!
How bad is it?
Try 1,320 calories, 3,700mg of sodium, and 19 grams of saturated fat! Holy shizz!
Wait, we forgot the trans fat? 33 GRAMS!
That is 16 times the American Heart Association's recommended daily maximum — and further math tells us that that's more than two weeks' worth of trans fats. TWO WEEKS!
The biggest sin here is that they're taking a healthy product and making it lousy with bad stuff! Fish is GOOD for you, and we should all be eating more of it!
Just not this way!
