Gwyneth Paltrow On Life And Health: "I Don't Like Botox!"

If there's one person on the planet that gets asked about life more than Gwyneth Paltrow does, we have no idea who they would be! LOLz! It seems like Gwyneth is being asked at every turn!

And you know what? We're fine with that! She's got some pret-ty insightful things to say, whether or not her lavish lifestyle doesn't make all over her advice accessible!

Here's what she said about Botox and getting older:

"I don't like Botox. I think on some faces it works, but it's when you can really see it that it starts to look fake. I think people look at tiny patches of their face and try to fix everything — they've lost the plot!"

We TOTALLY agree! So if she doesn't use Botox, what does she do?? Here's her response:

"I stock up on products from French pharmacies. They have amazing burn creams and makeup removers. I love how French actresses age but don't really do anything about it – it's beautiful.

"I think diet and exercise play a huge part in aging well. I like the Tracy Anderson Method — it's really fun and a great way to burn calories! If I'm traveling, I do the DVDs, and she has five trainers in London. I also have a [radio-frequency-based] facial treatment called Thermage, which makes a big difference — it's nice to boost collagen."

That's awesome that all of that works for her, but regular people don't have access to all of those things! How do we even know she's human??

Oh, probably because she DOES indulge once in a while! Here's what she said:

"I love Starbucks — I'll have a cappuccino. My guilty snack in the UK is cheese, and in America, things on buns: a lobster roll and French fries, or a turkey burger with cheese."

Dang! Now we're hungry! Ha!

Interestingly enough, when it comes to tanning and getting sun, Gwyn disagrees with science (for some reason!):

"We're human beings and the sun is the sun — how can it be bad for you? I think we should all get sun and fresh air. I don't think anything that is natural can be bad for you — it's really good to have at least 15 minutes of sun a day."

Uh, we're sorry but she has no idea what she's talking about here! Always wear sunscreen if you're at risk of getting too much sun… EVEN in just 15 minutes! The sun is healthy for vitamin D production, but you can get that production while still protecting your skin from CANCER!

Anyway, it's nice to get another glimpse in her mind… and she DOES look fab! Whatever works for you is workin', Gwyneth!
