You'd think this would have been incentive to keep it off!
Tara Costa, of Biggest Loser fame, got some serious endorsements after losing 155lbs on the show, but her sponsors aren’t very happy with her.
FC Online Marketing, the owners of ILoveKickboxing.com, are suing Tara because she has gained too much weight!
They gave Tara $45,000 for her foundation, but since she reportedly gained "far too much weight" in 2011 and couldn’t represent the brand, they’re taking her to court.
Because, you know, she signed something saying she’d keep the weight off.
It’s unfortunate since Miz Costa seems to be back to working on her fitness, posting her routine to Facebook on the Fourth of July, saying:
“After 80 miles on the bike and a 2 mile run all while seeing an alligator, donkey, snake, pony, cows & 10 lizards in the blazing FL heat, rain and wind… I'm ready to celebrate 4th of July!! I hope all of you are having a lovely holiday! Stay Safe.”
That definitely sounds like a workout that would be tough for an out-of-shape person to handle!
FCOM hasn’t specified what they’re asking for in the suit, but maybe they can work something out together, now that she’s back on the fitness track.
