You can also start your day with a large glass of warm lemon water. Lemon water is a wonderful stimulant to the liver, facilitates the elimination of waste products through the kidneys, and promotes the digestive system, and blood circulation.

2. Substitute a meal each day with a detoxifying smoothie.

When it comes to naturally cleansing the body, a great measure can be to trade one meal a day with a detoxifying smoothie. Turning to a smoothie for one of your meals is a great way to bump-start your metabolism and to boost your digestive system. When people drink these types of smoothies they often experience weight loss as a result of their detoxification.

3. Avoid foods that generate toxins.
