Seth Rogen BREAKS HIS ELBOW Falling Off His Bike!

First off, we had no idea Seth Rogen was so extreme on a bike! We mean, he must've been doing some pretty INsane stuff to get busted up like that!

Secondly, we understand his frustration!

Seth was riding his bike (not in an extreme fashion, we were joking!) when he fell off and broke his elbow — now, we're spotting him around town in his sling (above)! All we wanna do is help! Like, make him a sandwich or something!

He said this on Twitter about it:

'You know what's awesome about falling off your bike and breaking your elbow? Not a f***ing thing.'

Then he posted the picture (below), and you can totally feel how upset he is at the thought of what happened! It's super lucky that most of his upcoming roles are voice roles, including playing a character in the upcoming Kung Fu Panda 3!

What's weird about all of this is that his good friend Danny McBride just had a similar accident — but with his butt and roller skates! LOLz!!

Does no one else notice that the sling is on opposite arms?!? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

I broke my elbow after a nasty fall as well. It's one hell of an injury. Still bothers me 4 years later.
