The man who America has had in the back of their minds all week is finally speaking up!
Jerry Sandusky's victims deserve every penny of the huge payment coming their way from an approval that the Penn State board of trustees has authorized.
They'll be getting roughly $60 million dollars — though we bet every one of them would give it up to have not been molested by such a monster, and to not have had those around him cover it up because football was deemed more important than young lives.
The new report reveals that the school has come to an agreement with 25 out of about 30 claims. The announcement on Friday claimed tentative settlements with several men but didn't include how much or how many cases.
These are just reports for now, and we'll have to wait a little longer until we get official confirmation, because the school doesn't plan on making comments until the deals are final.
We're happy this is happening, but we're sad about why it has to happen. We're just glad Sandusky is behind bars where he belongs!
If only Sandusky's son could get some of that money, instead of having to completely change his name.
