No one. That’s who. HA!

Whether you want buns of steel or just to feel good about yourself, Gwyneth Paltrow has you covered.

The goop-ster has a ton of useful fitness knowledge in that noggin’ of hers and wanted to share it, so here are some of her helpful tidbits:

Keep food at your fingertips
It is easy to get distracted by junk food when you are hungry, so keep healthy snacks to hand. On a Sunday prepare a batch of salad dressings (I make my 'Mexican green goddess' dressing - goat's yogurt, jalapeño, coriander and honey - or a carrot and ginger one) and store them in the fridge for the rest of the week. They make a quick and easy go-to for dipping vegetables or for drizzling over chicken. Also, keep your cupboards well stocked with fresh basics to stay inspired to eat healthily. I love cooking and always have sweet potatoes, shallots and various lettuces in my larder and keep garden-cut herbs wrapped in a moist kitchen towel in the fridge.

Measure in inches
There is something punitive about weighing yourself. It can leave you vulnerable to shame and guilt, and it messes with you psychologically. Women naturally gain and lose weight during their monthly cycle anyway, so it can be more realistic to monitor your body shape with a measuring tape.

Believe in balance
Stay away from processed foods, though cutting them out completely is no fun and can ultimately lead to a binge. Allow yourself programmed treats - I often have a glass of red wine in the evening and smoke a cigarette on a Saturday. I love those moments because they are just the right amount of naughty. That balance keeps you vibrant. You have to live your life, after all.

She should write a book or something!

Oh wait, she already did. LOLz!

But we can see why because these are such basic things that we can all learn to incorporate into our lives in the quest for health.

Especially throwing out that scale and using a measuring tape, no matter if you’re a man or a woman!

    Such bullshit. We're taking health advice from a person who "smokes a cigarette on Saturday?" Really? Why do it at all. She's deluded. If you take your health seriously as she says she does, she wouldn't eat any processed food and never touch tobacco.

    I agree,it is stupid for someone who smokes to give advice about "healthy living".GP is a dumbass and does not get that her one cigarette ever Sat.could give her and everyong she lives with cancer.What a IDIOT.

    Great, smart advice!! Everyone is commenting about her one cigarette a week but I think that Gwyneth's idea of balance is so great - and she used to smoke one pack a day in the 90s so I admire her for cutting back. It's so hard to quit smoking.

    She really is an idiot. And her sharing her "knowledge" is not only just another sign of her raging massive ego but totally irresponsible. I have a lot of friends who are Dr, Physical Therapists, nutritionists, etc. and they are all horrified at her book, her ridiculous health and nutrition GOOP CRAP that she puts out there. I mean it, they are appalled and furious with her. (Not to mention they, like pretty much everyone, can't stand the witch.
