Well OK, I used to love Las Vegas in my early to mid twenties and would go once every 3-4 weeks with my ex-inlaws. When I remarried neither of us were interested in Las Vegas although it is a 5 hour drive from LA. We finally went back for a wedding 7 years ago and oh my has it changed. So many of the nice old hotels are not there anymore like the Sands, Desert Inn, Dunes, and many others. We had a nice time but was glad to leave after two nights. I did score a nice London Fog raincoat at the outlet mall.
