The closest thing this world has ever seen to a real life superhero is now a man named Darryle See, from Michigan City, Indiana.
What makes us say that? Oh, we don't know — maybe it was because he got hit by a Amtrak train doing 110mph and only suffered MINOR injuries! Holy shizz!!
Darryle, 22, was just walking along the track (we didn't say he was a smart superhero!) at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, listening to his headphones. That's when the train hit him — even though the conductor tried to warn him by sounding the horn multiple times and slamming the breaks!
The impact launched him 20 feet away from the track, still wearing his shoes. Just kidding! His shoes flew 150 feet away from the scene!
"I'm doing OK. Not terrific, but I'm doing OK."
That's the most boring statement you could make after finding out you're invincible, because the conductor said it was a STRAIGHT-ON HIT.
See suffered fractures in his pelvis, non-life threatening injuries to his neck, and a broken arm — and he couldn't remember walking along the track when cops were talking to him while he was sitting up, lucid, right after the accident!
