To shave, or not to shave? That's the MILLION dollar question!!
Newly acquired Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Brian Wilson is a certified strikeout machine, but he's probably best known for his super-sized beard, which he began growing out when he was with the San Francisco Giants back in 2010!
The eccentric closer recently signed a $1 million 1-year contract to play in El Lay, but he may have found a way to double his salary without throwing a single pitch!
A razorblade company called 800Razors.com is currently in talks to make Brian their brand ambassador, and they're ready to offer him a whopping 7 figure contract!
There's just one catch: He has to shave off his trademark beard!!
Co-Founder and President of 800Razors.com Philip Masiello says they have been talking to Brian all weekend, and they think he and his beard would be a perfect fit for their company:
"His beard is iconic, we are in the quality razor industry and want to partner with other shaving icons to show how great our product is. If it can tackle shaving a beard like his, it can work wonders on the average man"
Brian's beard has certainly become a huge part of his image over the past few years, however, he started growing it out when he was a closer for the Giants.
Not that he's playing for their rivals in the Dodgers, it might be time for him to consider going with a new look!
Besides, it's not everyday that someone offers you a MILLION dollars just to shave!!
