Justin Timberlake’s High-End New York Restaurant Gets Health Department Slam!

justin timberlake southern hospitality restaurant downgrade health department

We know you've probably got a million things going on right now, Justin Timberlake, but you GOTTA look after your businesses — otherwise, what's the point??

JT's high-end NYC restaurant just got knocked down a grade by the Health Department! It went from an A to a B, and let's be honest here: who here notices a restaurant with a B rating and chooses it over one with an A rating??

No one!

The restaurant, Southern Hospitality, was given the new grade after a routine inspection, and was docked 22 points by the Department for various violations! They can totally challenge it, though, to get the grade back — but we can't help but think that it dropped for a reason in the first place!

We're dying to know what those "various violations" are!!

Still, we bet a little face time from the singer himself would squash any hesitation to eat there! If he was our waiter, we wouldn't care if he had a B rating!

You CAN see the details at nyc.gov for any restaurant.

    Highlights from Southern Hospitality Include:

    1) Hot food item not held at or above 140º F.
    2) Food not cooled by an approved method whereby the internal product temperature is reduced from 140º F to 70º F or less within 2 hours, and from 70º F to 41º F or less within 4 additional hours.
    3) Filth flies or food/refuse/sewage-associated (FRSA) flies present in facility’s food and/or non-food areas. Filth flies include house flies, little house flies, blow flies, bottle flies and flesh flies. Food/refuse/sewage-associated flies include fruit flies, drain flies and Phorid flies.

Timberlake doesn't need your advice on how to run his businesses, you ugly queer. You can't even launch your boy band or any other act you claim to be involved with. Moron.

Southern Hospitality is NOT a high end restaurant at all. Nor is it trying to be. Its a total dive. Plastic tables and chairs and sub par bbq. always sucked. too bad big JT fan

I'm going to assume you do know Justin doesn't own the restaurant.

Ummmm….. Southern Hospitality is a bar…… with bar food. Not a high-end restaurant in New York.

    "High-End New York Restaurant"?
It's a BBQ Joint with Macaroni & Cheese, Tater Tots, and Cheddar Cheese Grits sides…

  9. 9

I think it's a "HIGH-END Restaurant" for the rats, cockroaches and other vermin that infest the joint.

JT helped come up with the concept many ago with 2 other friends… However that is where his involvement ended. He did not invest nor does he own any aspect of it. Try checking your facts first.

Also it's not high end. Its a good restaurant with good food and service, but not high end in anyway. Again, check your facts.
