Aaron Hernandez appeared in court earlier today where a Grand Jury formally indicted him for his connection to Odin Lloyd's murder.
Just last month, the former New England Patriot had a probable cause hearing pushed back so prosecutors would have more time to build their case, and it sounds like they may have found the evidence they were looking for.
Investigators got their hands on footage from Aaron's home surveillance system where he appears to be holding a gun. After receiving an anonymous tip that the murder weapon had been thrown in a nearby lake, police spent weeks searching for it, but came up empty handed.
Sources say they have also obtained footage showing Odin getting into a vehicle with Aaron and two other men, and their car was scene at the same industrial park where his body was discovered the next day.
Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace are said to have been the two men who were with Aaron that night and they have also been placed under arrest. Carlos has been cooperating with police and has said that the former footballer was the shooter the night of the killing.
The next step in the case is an arraignment, where he will be told all the crimes he's being charged with, however a date has not yet been set.
