Michelle Pfeiffer Reveals Staying Fit In Her 20s With CIGS AND SODA!

We do NOT recommend the Michelle Pfeiffer diet and method to keeping trim in your 20s — in fact, we would recommend people COMPLETELY stay away from the two things she claimed to be living on, as they're both not good for you body!

Michelle Pfeiffer, who now eats like a normal healthy person, says she survived her 20s on cigarettes and soda. We're talking TWO packs a day, and all the coca-cola she could get her hands on!

Here's what she said:

'I haven't always been healthy. When I was in my 20s I smoked two packs of cigarettes a day. I lived on Marlboro Lights and Coca-Cola.'

Basically, she was looking to starve herself as she watched herself age on the big screen. Then she realized it was unacceptable, started working out like a boss and became a vegan!

'Having to watch yourself age on a giant movie screen is simply not natural. It can wreak havoc on your psyche. Once you get over a certain hump there actually is less pressure. You can begin to look great for your age. You don't have to look young anymore. I've moved over to that other side – I'm 55, which is a little too close to 60, but looking great for my age is okay now.'

Uhh, yeah! We say you're lookin' fab for SURE!!

While we're glad this story had a happy ending, we will never find it NOT disturbing how this industry treats its youth — especially young women. It's devastating for their self-image!

We're SO glad she got past it!
