While it might seem super unbelievable that a celeb with a body like that (above) doesn't diet, we'd say that while improbable… it might not be impossible!
Seriously! With genetics, workouts AND moderation, people can look fab without much dieting effort!
The X Factor's Nicole Scherzinger says she's that way — and that she couldn't possibly live without salt and vinegar chips and red velvet cake! Though, hopefully not at the same time. Ewwww!
'I used to diet a lot and now I don't believe in them because you're going to binge, your metabolism gets messed up and then your weight is going to yo-yo. I did that for a long time.'
So what DOES she do? Well, sometimes she does six smaller meals a day and other days she has the three main meals.
Usually that means oatmeal for breakfast, or boiled eggs and salmon or frosted mini wheats. She snacks on Wheat Thins, then a healthy salad or a turkey or tuna sandwich, and finished the day with fish or chicken with vegetables!
She'll also eat sushi, cashew nuts, mangos, bananas and almonds while drinking coconut water to keep herself hydrated. With that kind of moderation, she says she'll almost never turn down chips and cake!
It's not all relaxing though, because like we said, she's on a toning fitness regime with incorporating sit-ups, leg toning exercises and core strength training. Then she also cites genetics!
She'll spen hours in the gym honing her abs too, and running on the treadmill. She recommends using a gym ball to help 'align the body and work the lower abs when doing sit-ups, as well as using a weighted ball to build up core strength.'
Sounds like a great way to live!
