Daaaaaaaamn, Kelly Rowland!!
If we had to think of one person who deserves to be on the cover of Shape magazine, we'd take a long hard look at Kelly!
We mean, just check out that tone (above)! Those abs, those arms! Girl is so close to flawless we can't even stand it! And, she's working every inch of her AH-mazing body for the October cover.
We all know that the older you get, the harder it is to keep your body in check! Kelly has been keen on avoiding that for a long time, and works HARD to maintain that temple! At 32, the X Factor judge works out 5-6 times a week and does 45 minutes of abs EVERY NIGHT!
Plus, she has a fitness DVD, and totally talks about her goal being to look good naked!
So, which part of her body does she work out the most? She said:
"What I've learned is, I use my core for everything. Absolutely everything. When I'm dancing on stage, when i'm walking around — I have to make sure that my core is strong, is tight. You use it for everything."
Well, we're looking at your core right now… and we say it's right on the money!
Here's what she said on the set of her new fitness DVD, Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt, in August:
"I never like to say diet. I like to say eating clean. Listening to your body and knowing what your body responds well to. For me, it's green vegetables or fish. I don't feel like I'm heavy or weighed down or lethargic when I eat. Food should give you energy. I like what it feels like naked. I want to look good naked. Everybody wants to look good naked. That's the goal."
Keep up the hard work, girl! We wouldn't lose that body for the world!
