Olivia Wilde Thinks Strict Diets Can Just Go Right To Hell!

olivia wilde fad diets strict art food

We have ALWAYS been a fan of just keeping yourself in moderation around here — and just living an active life! It seems like the only truly healthy way to live life while still enjoying it, and it seems to be the one tried-and-true method that doesn't involve fads because it WORKS!

It's how we're designed! Mentally AND physically!

What's cool is that it totes sounds like Olivia Wilde thinks about it in the same way… and as you can see with what she's able to wear (above, the almost-boobs jacket), she MUST be on to something!

Here's what she said:

“Fear of carbs, of gluten, of everything—we’ve distanced ourselves from the beauty of food, the art of it. It makes me sad when people say, ‘Oh, I don’t eat gluten. I don’t eat cheese. I don’t eat this. So I eat cardboard.’”

We have NOTHING against those who choose a gluten-free lifestyle, even if we think a lot of people don't need to live one and are misguided about the actual benefits.

As long as they're living what they consider a full life, good for them!

As for Mizz Wilde — we would LOVE to eat a crazy delicious art dinner with you! LOLz!

She's a VEGAN, one of the strictest diets of them all!

I was inspired to become a vegan by an older woman on the radio. She convinced me in her on air discussions that it was the healthiest way to live. I bought into it. She….. got … cancer at age 59ish. Everybody in my father's family is a meat eater and they generally live to 80s in his family tree. So.. go ahead and eat dead protein beasts.
