Being in your forties is nothin'!
Real Housewives' Kyle Richards is aging with grace, and a lot of it happens to be from hard work in keeping healthy! She stays fit, she eats right, and happens to looks totally incredz at her age!
Here's how she does it, according to the lady herself:
"I am working out three days a week with my trainer. And I'm just trying to eat really well. On the other days, [I'm] trying to hike with my mommy friends and do yoga and do whatever I can."
Including friends in outdoor activities like that is AMAZING! It almost doesn't feel like exercise anymore once you get to talking and laughing — and fitness that doesn't feel like a chore is the best kind!
Keep it up, Kyle! We're jealous of how great you look!
