Being in your forties is nothin'!
Here's how she does it, according to the lady herself:
"I am working out three days a week with my trainer. And I'm just trying to eat really well. On the other days, [I'm] trying to hike with my mommy friends and do yoga and do whatever I can."
Including friends in outdoor activities like that is AMAZING! It almost doesn't feel like exercise anymore once you get to talking and laughing — and fitness that doesn't feel like a chore is the best kind!
Keep it up, Kyle! We're jealous of how great you look!
