Well, Brit Brit's personal trainer, Tony Martinez opened up about her pre-show workout regimen, and let's just say it's no wonder she looks to fabulous!
"I put boxing gloves on her and I’ll make her cartwheel to the left side, do a [boxing] combination, and then cartwheel to the right."
Britney in boxing gloves? We'd definitely pay to see that!
But the grueling routine doesn't stop there, as he adds:
"Afterward, I make her climb a fence. It’s about 10 feet high, and I make her climb four steps up, and four steps down eight times…then we play tennis."
Dayum! All of that and then she still has to play tennis?!?
How does she do it??
Tony says he always tries to keep morale high by joking around with Brit and keeping the mood light:
"I try and make it fun for her. I always joke, she has a hook like Mike Tyson! I’m like, are you sure you need security?"
Ha! With all of the working out she's doing with boxing gloves, we're sure she can handle herself pretty well!
Compared to some other workout routines we've heard, this one is pretty intense. But Britney does NOT mess around when it comes to putting on a good show and looking fabulous while doing it!
That's why she's one of the best in the biz!!
