Hilaria Baldwin has released a prenatal yoga DVD, which we saw clips of before, but now we’re seeing it in action!

The yoga instructor appeared on LIVE with Kelly & Michael on Friday and taught them some stretches.

Not only are they their usual silly selves, but Hilaria plays a trick on them too!

    These exercises are good to know and motivating to try and get people to get off their fat butts and take care of themselves. You should try moving your muffin top and fat rear. It would really benefit your bad attitude.

    Hi! Thanks for the nice and informative video! Doing exercise during pregnancy can help alleviate constipation, improve your mood and build your strength and endurance, which can potentially help during labor and delivery.

    Doing prenatal yoga is also very helpful as it will help develop your body's flexibility and balance to prepare you for the big day.Also you have to understand that only you know your body best so if you feel that one system doesn't work well for you or makes you feel uncomfortable then you have to stop and find another system that will better suit you. Keep it up and stay healthy!
