Following her return, the artist took a moment to thank everyone for their "prayers, love, and support" -- and especially the North Bergen Police Department for bringing her home safe.
Sharing a picture alongside the NYPD, Miz Quigley penned:
Baywatch was all about solving problems and looking good and bouncy while doing it — in swimsuits!
It's no wonder that if they were to have a 25th anniversary someday that everyone would want to look as good as they did back then! The only issue is… they were required to look that good back then, something they don't REALLY have to adhere to today!
That's right, they had a weight clause in their contracts, and we're now hearing about it 25 years later!
'[There] was a five pound fluctuation you couldn't go up or down.'
And Traci Bingham echoed that:
'If you did anything to gain or lose weight, etc. you were in trouble.'
That's so cray!!
We mean, we can understand because of the skimpy uniforms and everything, but losing weight was also in the clause! They had to maintain, and that had to have been rough in either direction!
That's how you get body image issues! Well, among other ways too — but that's pret-ty harsh!!
We're glad that clause didn't extend to the 25th Anniversary… that would've been an evil way to look ahead, knowing there might be one down the road! Imagine if everybody had to show up to meeting looking like they did 25 years ago!!
