If you're going to make a music video where you ride a wrecking ball in the nude, you better make sure you're in pretty darn good shape!

And that's exactly what Miley Cyrus did!!

From her scandalous photo shoots to her racy Rolling Stone cover, the seksi singer has done pretty much everything to show off her amazing bod, and according to her trainer Mari Winsor, she's worked VERY hard to get into such ab-tastic shape!

She reveals:

"When we work out we don't just do a couple of moves. It's at least a half an hour of working out. You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can. Just doing 40 crunches a day isn't gonna do it for you."

ok, so if 40 crunches a day isn't enough for Miley, just how hard did she hit the gym with Mari??

She goes on to say:

"When she first came to me we worked together every single day for eight months straight. She wanted to change her body for her new music career. She doesn't do the lazy stretchy Pilates, she does the real deal!"

Damn, girl!! We had no idea you were such a bonafide gym rat!!

Miley definitely has not been afraid to show off her hot body recently, and it's easy to see why with the awesome results she's been having!

    And I think she had some boobs before her crazy "no gluten" anorexic diet. How does she manage to avoid marijuana munchies?, with some molly pills?
