Bacon Will Ruin Your Sperm! Find Out What Makes It Stronger HERE!

bacon makes less potent powerful sperm in men fish better

Men, listen up!!!

The Harvard School of Public Health recently did a study about the effects of processed meat on human sperm. They sampled 350 sperm samples from 156 men at a fertility clinic and had them fill out questionnaires.

And the results were NOT good!

Apparently, one slice of bacon or one sausage link a day will decrease the amount of normal sperm in a man by 30%, compared to bacon-free men.

One of the researchers, Dr. Jorge Chavarro, explained:

“What brought up our concern is how meat is produced in the United States. Many beef producers give cattle natural or synthetic hormones to stimulate growth, a few days or weeks before the animals are killed. We wanted to examine how these hormones might affect people who consume them.”

There’s good news though!

The study also found that eating fish will make men’s sperm healthy and normal! White fish will normalize the shape of the swimmers and dark fish make the count go up!

Abnormal sperm increases infertility, so guys, stay away from the bacon!

Unless you don’t want kids, then by all means… FEAST!

Well I am not a male and past child bearing age so will continue to enjoy my bacon on the rare occasions I eat breakfast out.
Oh and Dr., bacon comes from pork not beef.

So, then, THREE pieces of bacon or beef links = birth control?
