More Kate Hudson, please! Thank you!
The busy mom recently told us about her workout routine, and Shape magazine is showing off the finished product for their November issue.
This bubbly blonde is so honest about her relationship with fitness and health that is feels like she’s one of your friends! Believe or not, Kate struggles to workout, but she still does it everywhere. She said:
“I work out to feel great but also to look great. There’s no way a woman gets up to work out at 6:30 a.m. just for the mood boost. She wants to fit into her jeans and look fantastic too… My new thing is that I always carry a jump rope with me. Then whenever I have a break during the day, I’ll just jump. can either sit around looking at my phone or I can jump!”
A jump rope, huh? That’s a great idea!!! Maybe we should start doing that too!
Kate also revealed that she does juice cleanses and elimination diets two times a year, but counting calories is what really helps her out:
“I remember a few years ago I needed to lose some weight but just couldn’t drop these 15 pounds. Turns out I was eating about 3,500 calories a day because I was constantly snacking on cashews! I don’t care how many people say it’s a ‘good fat,’ that really got me.”
Wise words from Miz Hudson!
She should start a fitness blog or something because she’s full of knowledge!
