It looks like David Beckham's dreams of bringing an MLS team to Miami are getting a lot closer to becoming a reality!
Earlier this year, we were hearing rumblings that the former soccer stud was interested in starting up a team in the Sunshine State, and it sounds like he's put in a lot of work since then!
According to sources, Becks is ready to drop $25 million to start up the expansion team in Miami, and although no official announcement has been made, the MLS is reportedly interested in adding 5 more teams to the league to bring the total to 24 by the 2020 season.
The league still needs to of the big move, but even if David gets the green light, he still has a LOT of work to do!
In fact, he would still have to raise close to several hundred million dollars just to put together a squad and to possibly build a stadium!
We're guessing a bake sale is out of the question here! LOLz!
