Apparently when it comes to dieting, Blake never deprives herself of anything. This results in her eating sweets for breakfast AND as an evening snack!
'I do nothing! I'm lucky to have a very active lifestyle. I'm always running around everywhere… So I don't need to hire a coach or watch what I eat. I can't start my day off without a mug of hot chocolate or finishing off the day with a few squares of dark chocolate… It keeps me feeling happy.'

But what we DON'T understand is what she's eating between bouts of chocolate that could offset eating and drinking chocolate every day!
There's a part of this mystery we're not getting quite yet!!
Honestly, it's probably genetics — and to that, we just have to shake our fist, and continue loving her anywayz! Ha!
