Kyle Kennedy speaks out.
The Dallas Cowboys have given us all something to be thankful for!
The team has asked Selena Gomez to perform at halftime on Thanksgiving during their game against the Minnesota Vikings, and of course she said 'yes!'
“I don’t think you can be from Texas and not watch a Cowboys Thanksgiving game… Dallas is my hometown, and to be invited to perform on behalf of The Salvation Army is such a great honor. Giving back is so important, and I am looking forward to kicking off the iconic Red Kettle Campaign and getting those bells ringing across the nation to help families and children in need.”
Aww what a saint! As for her performance, Selenita has already given it some thought and explained:
“You should expect something new with a twist of old. We had to make it special for my hometown.”
Selena’s family is still in Texas, so we’re sure she’s thrilled that she’ll get to sing during the game, then go home and feast with everyone!
