If you thought Usain Bolt's gold medal-winning performances at the Beijing Olympics was impressive, wait until you hear this!!
In his latest book Faster Than Lightning, the fastest man alive opens up about his diet during the 2008 games, and it wasn't exactly as healthy as you would probably think!
Usain says he was a regular at Mcdonald's during his 10 days in China, and in particular he had a soft spot for their chicken McNuggets, admitting:
"At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner. The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it. Man, I should have gotten a gold medal for all that chowing down."
Holy guacamole! That's a lot of chicken!
In fact, over a week and a half Usain believes he ate about 1,000 McNuggets! That's 100 per day and nearly 47,000 total calories!
Normally we wouldn't think it would be a good idea for a world class athlete to chow down on fast food, but considering he won 3 gold medals, we can't really argue with the results!!
