Are the beats on Katy Perry's new album Prism so siiiiick that they'll be a hazard to your health??
If you live in Australia, maybe!
Oh, and it has nothing to do with the music, and everything to do with the little gift that comes inside the deluxe version of the album: a packet of seeds that Katy wants fans to plant!
It's a wonderful thought, but the seeds have been labelled 'a potential biohazard' in the Australia!
You'd think they'd clear something like this up right when the idea comes about to pack seeds with the album, especially for major countries!
And that's exactly what happened: Katy's team didn't clear the plans with officials in Australia ahead of release!
So the international deluxe copies being sent to the country could be seized by officials on arrival! Nobody wins in THAT situation!
Luckily, local copies of the album include seeds sourced from Western Australia and are considered safe, so it wasn't like they completely misjudged this idea, and only a select few importers will be affected.
With Roar recently spending seven weeks at number one, we'd say Katy probably has the means to fix any issues like this!!
What a bummer for some people!!
Maybe she could wield some of that new Twitter power to make the problems go away??
