In the past year, there has been very little time between pictures of Justin Bieber without his shirt. Is he always too warm? Does he like the breeze?
Or is he super proud of those abs??
We say it's probz the latter of those options, as he's put a LOT of hard work into his body. And he has Marky Mark Wahlberg to thank for the inspiration!
It was trainer Patrick Nilsson that got Bieby to go from scrawny to ripped in just 12 months!
Here's what Patrick said:
"My goal was always for him to have a Marky Mark–type body: big but not too big. I can’t keep him out of the gym! There are periods where he wants to work out seven days a week.”
At first, though, Justin wasn't lifting weights OR eating very much, so that's why Patrick stepped in:
"It wasn’t until last November that he was really pushing to get bigger and got motivated to work out harder. You do see him showing off all the time. He said to me one day, ‘Man, I never want to be skinny again!’”
Well… despite him having more muscle tone, we still think he's skinny! LOLz!
Either way, we're glad to hear his fitness game is pretty healthy, we just hope the rest of his world it! After spending some sticky time in Brazil, we would hope he'd treat that temple of his just as well outside of the gym as inside!
Regardless, the results are there!
