Any person who has been through a breakup knows it’s hard, but Miranda Kerr has a secret to keep her happy all of the time.
The supermodel, who recently split from hubby Orlando Bloom, covered the December issue of Self magazine, and in it she not only talks about what makes her happy, but she also goes into detail about exactly what she puts into her body to keep her so fit and trim.
OH! And, have you LOOKED at those abs yet (above)?? We have a feeling that's all you're looking at right now!
She certainly knows how to show 'em off her in her black and blue striped Bloomingdale's crop top and blue Triangl bikini bottoms.
But it also takes good nutrition to have abs like Miranda’s! That doesn’t mean it’s not delicious though! The supermodel explained what she eats in a day:
"For breakfast, I'll have either eggs with sauerkraut and avocado, or oatmeal with honey and goat's milk. For lunch, I'll have grilled fish and a salad with kale, spinach, broccoli, fennel, avocado, pine nuts and feta cheese. Dinner is lentil soup and steamed vegetables or roasted chicken."
That all sounds AH-Mazing!
With happiness tips like that and a yummy food like this, no wonder Miz Kerr is always so smiley!
