Kate Hudson: Working Out Every Day Is Vital, Even If It's Wimpy!

Kate Hudson's body is mind-blowing, and it isn't just luck that she looks sooooo flawless!

A LOT of hard work goes into it, even if it isn't that hard of work! LOLz, what we mean is that she works out every day no matter what, even if the fitness isn't at it's usual in-tense level!

Here's what Kate said about it to Harper's Bazaar (BTW, you can see her GORGEOUS cover of the holiday issue HERE!):

“It really is a vital part of my day in terms of energy. And I mean just by putting a sports bra on. Then maybe you’ll do something! Even if it’s a few squats in the backyard and back to the couch.”

You see, it doesn't matter if you're not going at 100% all the time, as long as you're doing something!

It's the effort that matters, and you'll feel much healthier because of it!

So not only does Kate have great advice, her body give us all ample inspiration! Ha!
