And here we were thinking Wal-Mart holding a food drive for their own employees was bad!
With the holidays rapidly approaching, McDonald's decided to give their workers a helping hand to avoid burning a hole in their pocket! But instead of a food drive or a Christmas bonus, they offered something much more
helpful cost-effective: some nice, free advice!
"Selling some of your unwanted possessions on eBay or Craigslist could bring in some quick cash."
Yes, you read that correctly! McDonald's is ACTUALLY suggesting their employees to start pawning off presents and other goods to make a quick buck!
The advice gets even worse as they throw out suggestions like "breaking food into pieces" and even offers their workers some help in signing up for food stamps!
Similarly to Wal-Mart, McDonald's seems completely oblivious to how offensive these suggestions could be, especially with their employees already asking for higher compensation!
Perhaps it's time for someone to whip out their McCheckbook and put an end to all this madness! Although that would probably take a Christmas miracle at this point!
