First and foremost, we are super glad that Janice Dickinson is alright! This was such a freak accident that it could've been MUCH worse!
Though, we suppose Janice Dickinson doesn't feel like there was anything 'freak' about it, as she's suing Rite Aid for injuries after getting hit in the head by a parking barrier — injuries she had treated with STEM CELLS in CHINA.
The treatment was proposed by Dr. Brian Mehling, founder of Blue Horizon Stem Cells in New York, and happened in September.
The results were basically magic! Here's what she said:
'I was back to my normal self instantaneously! I woke up feeling just energized, jazzed to new levels.'
This procedure is very common in China, where stem cells harvested in a lab get injected into the patient’s problem area.
Her doc said:
'In Janice's case they injected some stem cells to the spinal fluids so that it could get into the central nervous system and the other half of the cells were injected through an IV in her hand and that would treat the peripheral problem.'
Science is soooo f***ing cool! Seriously!
Whether or not she actually NEEDED such an advance procedure is up to anyone to decide, but the results sound amazeballz!
Here's what Janice said about her accident:
'On July 7 I had an accident at Rite Aid. I was walking out of the parking lot and turned to say something to the parking attendant. As soon as I looked back to where I was walking, the bar knocked me out on top of my head.'
She went to the hospital, obvi, where they said she had a concussion and had damage to her neck, shoulder blades, back and knee. Her life was NOT fun afterwords, as the pain interfered with everything!
We're just glad whatever she did worked! While we're not sure she can really successfully sue Rite Aid for not looking where she was going, that's beside the point!
