Well, none of those really compare to what she wrote on her blog recently!

Just by looking at Mark Ballas, you can tell that the man is ALL about health and fitness! Seriously, have you SEEN that body??
But in a recent article, the DWTS dancer revealed that for about a decade he was smoking as much as Don Draper after a one-night stand!
"I grew up with several of my friends and family members smoking, so it didn’t seem strange to pick up a cigarette for the first time. It started out as one cigarette here and there—even sneaking in a smoke in the bathroom at school (ha!)—but before I knew it, I was up to a pack a day. I was hooked."
As a professional dancer, Mark realized he couldn't keep the dirty habit up, especially when it started to affect his stamina! However, that proved to be easier said than done as he estimates that he tried quitting nearly 30 times!!
So how did he finally kick the habit? He reveals:
"Not that it was easy, but I went all in using the NicoDerm CQ patch, the online support program and, of course, a little love from family and friends (shout out to Mom!) to help curb my cravings. I didn’t realize how important it was to have a community of supporters around me. But with the encouragement of friends, family and the online group (made up of people who were going through the same thing I was), I could find help when a craving or a moment of uncertainty hit me."
Quitting smoking is NOT an easy thing to do, but it's definitely possible if you have the right attitude and a good group of people around you!
You know what they say, Mark. 31st time's a charm! LOLz!
