Fitness is crucial for getting into those TINY pieces of lingerie!

TIME wasn't happy with just covering the show this year, so they decided to send their men to train like the ladies — and let us tell you right now that they're just as awful at it as you'd expect… which means a lot of respect needs to go to those models and the amount of work they put into their bodies!

The TIME men called Michael Olajide Jr. of Aerospace gym in New York City for the lesson, because he's the personal trainer for Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, Constance Jablonski, Kelly Gale, and Ieva Laguna!
