Between all the traveling and changing baby Nori's dirty diapers, Kim Kardashian has been one busy lady lately!
Yet somehow between all of the madness, she's managed to find the time to keep her body in AH-mazing shape!! So how exactly has she managed to follow Kanye West on his Yeezus tour AND stay fit? Well it first comes down to eating right!
Kimmy has stuck with her Atkins diet which has had great results for her thus far, and apparently she and her fiance have their own chef on tour with them to make sure all of their meals are carb-free!
However, one source reveals she DOES treat herself to a little snack from time to time:
"With the exception of some cheat days, because she is realistic now, she sticks with it!"
There's nothing wrong with that!
The insider also says that in addition to eating right, Kim is working out almost EVERY day:
"Kim is working out almost every day. It's usually running and weight training."
Wow! Talk about dedication!!
Staying in shape on the road must be incredibly hard, but the source says Kim LOVES her body right now and she wants to work hard to make sure it stays that way! But most important of all, they say she couldn't be happier!
And why shouldn't she be? Not only does she look great, but she has a loving fiance AND a beautiful baby girl!! Keep up the good work, Kim!!
