Britney Spears knows that staying in shape during her Las Vegas residency isn't going to be easy, so she brought her personal trainer along for the ride to keep her on her game!
Tony Martinez has previously opened up about how he helped Brit Brit sculpt her rockin' bod with his grueling workout routine! But now that's she's juggling rehearsals and time with her boys, he's had to switch things up to fit in to her hectic schedule!
"My workout motto is work out smarter, not longer. There’s no need to run on the treadmill for two hours. I’ve shown her ways to sculpt her body that take less than 20 minutes. Now she’s loving these quick workouts."
Wow! That's not a bad idea!
Apparently the routine consists of a lot of the same elements including cardio, boxing, sprints, and even basketball drills. However, he's squeezed them into shorter yet more intense intervals that usually last from 20 to 40 minutes!
No wonder she's so sore all the time!
Despite all of the pain, Tony says it's worth and she's been pretty pleased with the results:
"She wants to be in the best shape possible, and she is very happy with her body right now… She is in a really good place, and I’m so proud of her."
Ahhh! The suspense is KILLING us!!
Not only are we super pumped to see her hit the stage, but we can't wait to see the amazing results of all of the hard work she's put in with Tony!
