After dropping SIXTY pounds, everyone is wondering just how Sherri Shepherd did it — and we wanna know SPECIFICALLY!
Well, according to The View host, it was a whole lot of the old fashioned way… except one tactic many people might find unusual: she would eat BEFORE going out to dinner!
And if you think about it, it makes a lot of sense! Plus you'd save some money! The main reason, though, is that it stops her from overindulging in bad food, and helps her focus on 'great conversation' instead!
Here's what Sherri said:
"A lot of times, you go to a restaurant and you’re so hungry. I eat before I go . . . So, I’m already full and that helps me."
Also, she goes everywhere with apples and peanut butter in her purse and drinks water instead of diet soda during the day!
Even though she was diagnosed with diabetes, it didn't scare her into stopping her over-indulgence. It was only when docs said that she wouldn't be around to raise her eight-year-old son, Jeffrey, that she got down to business!
Add that to the exercise, and we'd say Sherri has the perfect plan to keep her life headed in the right and healthy direction!
