You’re telling us there used to be a baby in there 7 months ago?!?
Jenna Dewan-Tatum, the luckiest woman in the world since she’s married to Channing Tatum, just gave birth to their daughter Everly in May!
But tell her stomach that! Because girlfriend already has her abs back!
The 33-year-old is showing off her tight and toned tummy on the cover of US Weekly and is also sharing her secrets for slimming down after pregnancy!
According to Jenna, it took two things: vegetarianism and lots of dancing!
The new mom explained:
"I thought, 'I've worked out and danced my whole, it will all fall into place!’"
Well nothing fell OUT of place on her! That’s for sure!
Jenna was back to work on her new TV series Witches of East End only 6 weeks after giving birth to little Everly!
But even with her baby and her busy schedule, Jenna always made time to work out with her trainer. She spilled:
"Working out kept me sane. I would feel a burst of energy and all my hormones would regulate.”
And as far as dieting, she stuck with the same vegetarian habits that she’s had since she was 13! Jenna admitted however that even with her AH-Mazingly strong will power, she did have one weakness! She said:
"I think a lot of women find out they're pregnant and are like, 'Let's go crazy and eat ice cream every day!' To me, it was, 'I'm growing a human being, and I want to give this little soul the best nutrition I can.’ French fries [though]. I could not get enough! They were completely my Kryptonite."
She recommends breast feeding for moms who want to shed some lbs afterwards too.
But how is Channing doing as a new dad? Jenna gushed:
"He's like a big kid! He plays with her, and she laughs harder and smiles bigger than she does with anyone.”
OMG! Off the chart adorable!
