We all know that keeping your New Year's resolution isn't always the easiest thing to do, but apparently that's not the case for Adriana Lima!

As a Victoria's Secret Angel, the smokin' hot supermodel knows that her body is her livelihood, so after indulging on some tasty treats for the holidays, she's getting right back on track for 2014!!

Like many others, Adriana says the most important thing is eating right, and her secret weapon of choice is the Paleo diet!

Her nutritionist Dr. Charles Passler revealed:

"If it looks like it came from nature it is fine. No processed foods including breads and pasta."

That also means there's absolutely NO sugar or alcohol, meaning pretty much everything you ate and drank over the holidays is off limits!

As a proud mother of two, Adriana sometimes has a hard time getting to the gym on a regular basis, so she's found a way to get in some exercise without ever leaving her house!

Basically, Adriana stays in shape by eating natural foods and lots and lots of jump rope!! We hope y'all are taking notes!!
