Teacher Loses 37 Pounds On McDonald's Diet!

Whoa… wait… what?? Someone actually LOST weight while on a McDonald's diet??

Yuppers! John Cisna, a science teacher in Iowa, went on a McDonald's only diet for 3-months, and, after all was said and done and the dust settled… John was 37-pounds LIGHTER!

Screw Supersize Me! LOL JK.

So, how did he do it??

He had his students help him plan out a 2,000-calorie a day diet plan, still using only McDonald's food!

Sure, he also walked 45 minutes a day to help supplement his diet plan.

What's crazy is his cholesterol actually went down!!

Could McDonalds actually be kinda… healthy??

    Of course he lost weight on it, it's called calories Perez.

    The article says it all…calories. Gaining and losing is about caloric intake versus output. 2,000 calories + 45 mins of walking equal losing weight. As for McDonald's food, the way the food is processed and the chemicals in it can lead to long-term health implications. This teacher won't know what those are until years down the road.
