Wowzers! Talk about a real monument man!!
Matt Damon has proved over the years that he knows a thing or two about staying in shape, so it's no surprise to see him gracing the cover of Men's Health! Although we're guessing this was done BEFORE he injured his pretty little collarbone!
But he wasn't just there to show off his buff bod! He was also there to talk a project that is near and dear to his heart called Water.org, and organization that helps communities in less-developed countries get better access to clean drinking water!
Matty recalled a little girl he came across while working with Water.org in Haiti:
"She was the water bearer for her family. So I asked her, 'Now do you have more time for your homework?' And she goes, 'I don’t need more time for my homework; I’m the smartest kid in my class.' So I said, 'What are you going to do with three extra hours?' And she looked at me and said, 'I’m going to play.' It’s was wonderful, and just devastating."
To stick with the water theme, Matt channeled his inner surfer dude and gave us a little glimpse of what life would be life if he was cast in a Point Break remake!
We always love to hear celebrities get so passionate about helping others in need, and when you throw some eye candy in the mix we're basically all winners!
Way to go, Matty!
Ch-ch-check out his surf-tastic spread (below)!
