However, the ex-businessman is pointing the finger of blame at Nike, claiming the shoe company should include a warning that their kicks can be used as deadly weapons since he did most of the damage with a series of, well, kicks!
We'll give you a second to try to wrap your brain around that logic. Nope? Nothing? Yeah, us neither!
"Under product liability there is a certain standard of care that is required to be up-held by potentially dangerous product … Do to the fact that these defendants named in this Tort claim failed to warn of risk or to provide an adequate warning or instruction it has caused personal injury in the likes of mental suffering."
Translation: Nike didn't warn him that his shoes would do some serious damage if he kicked someone repeatedly while wearing them, so it's really their fault!
In fact, he seems to think he's the real victim here, which is why he's suing the shoe company for a whopping $100 million!
Court officials have declared that Sirgioro is an anti-social psychopath, and he's already racked up 20 felony charges at the ripe age of 26, so we're guessing his lawsuit wont make it very far!
